Refund and Returns Policy
Welcome to Bang Stall! We appreciate your trust in our products. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Refund and Returns Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the time you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility and Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at sales@bangstall.com for return authorization.
- Ship your item to the provided address. We will tell you the address where you need to ship the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days amount of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@bangstall.com and we will tell you were to send the item.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
9. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
